Our team will carefully assess your order to determine if it meets the criteria for a complete or partial reimbursement. It is important to note that once 14 days have passed, all transactions are considered final. Shipping Costs are nonrefundable with some exceptions in the cases where the item received is faulty or compromised. Should a return be approved, we advise utilizing a tracked and insured mailing service to safeguard your package, as RootHaven will not assume liability for any losses or damages incurred during the return transit.
